About Kathy Bulboff

Kathy holds a College Executive Secretarial Business Degree. She began her Real Estate Career in lending in the servicing department in 1979 – for 8 years. Kathy then graduated to the title and escrow business as an Escrow Assistant for 16 years and was promoted to Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for 5 years.

Kathy’s successful escrow career propelled her into a continued Real Estate career, being licensed in 2008. Her knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Real Estate field makes her a continued asset to all clients for any questions they may have and challenges they come across.  Kathy’s motto is “the job doesn’t end until the file is closed and the client gets to their goal.” Kathy services all of Stanislaus County, parts of San Joaquin and Merced Counties and all of Tuolumne County.

Kathy is a member of Metro List and TCAR Metro List. She loves to camp, fish and go to the theater.  Kathy serves her community in such organizations as California Striped Bass Association-Modesto, Fraternal Order of Eagles 2143 –Modesto and the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) Post 3199–Modesto.
